Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physically able to lift and carry heavy items
  • Must be able to work well under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a line cook or similar kitchen role
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to established recipes

  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service
  • Monitor food inventory and report shortages or spoilage
  • Assist in the training of new kitchen staff
