Job Requirements

  • Have 1+ year line cook experience
  • Be comfortable working in fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to participate in training programs

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of line cook experience
  • Strong passion for food preparation and service
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
  • Ensure food quality and safety standards are consistently met
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet guest orders promptly
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management
  • Assist in training new kitchen staff
  • Adhere to sanitation and safety regulations
