This is a full-time position with a schedule starting from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm every day, including holidays except Thanksgiving and Christmas when the cafe is closed. The role demands strong attention to detail, the ability to follow standardized recipes and portion sizes, and the capability to work effectively under pressure. The Cook also assists with opening and closing kitchen duties, ensuring all equipment and stations are properly maintained and cleaned.
