Job Duties
- Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold foods efficiently for multiple meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
- read and follow basic recipes and product instructions accurately
- prepare food and serve customers ordering à la carte and/or operate grill stations
- attend work regularly and arrive on time for scheduled shifts
- complete assigned tasks which may vary by account based on business needs and client requirements
- maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- collaborate with team members to reduce food waste and ensure smooth kitchen operations
