We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Line Cook to join our team on a part-time basis. This role primarily encompasses the PM shift hours, from 10:00 A.M. to 6:30 P.M., every other weekend, offering an excellent opportunity for culinary professionals who wish to contribute to our high standards of dietary service within a healthcare setting.
As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and serving of meals according to menus developed by the Dietary Manager and Head Cook. This position demands adherence to prescribed dietary requirements tailored to the specific needs of our residents, ensuring their nutritional and health needs are met meticulously. In addition to standard cooking duties, you will act as Head Cook for select shifts each pay period, taking responsibility for supervising the kitchen operations during these times. Your commitment to proper sanitation guidelines will be essential, as food safety and cleanliness are top priorities in our facility.

Job Requirements
- Food service experience within a dining environment required
- Experience in a healthcare facility preferred
- Ability to work the PM shift hours of 10:00 A.M. to 6:30 P.M.
- Available to work every other weekend
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow sanitation guidelines
- Reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve meals according to menus prepared by the Dietary Manager and Head Cook
- Act as Head Cook for certain shifts every pay period

- Ensure food is prepared, served and stored using proper sanitation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and timeliness of meal service
