Job Duties

  • Efficiently set up, stock, and maintain a pristine and organized workstation
  • Prepare and cook a wide array of breakfast and lunch items to order following recipes and presentation standards
  • Work seamlessly with fellow line cooks, prep cooks, and front-of-house team to ensure timely and high-quality food delivery
  • Adhere strictly to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations
  • Be open to learning new techniques, contribute to menu development, and refine culinary skills
  • Assist with inventory, proper food storage, and minimizing waste to maintain freshness
