The Grandview is currently expanding its culinary team with an exciting opportunity for a Line Cook. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about culinary arts, teamwork, and who are eager to contribute to an innovative dining experience within a senior living community. The Line Cook will play a key role in The Grandview’s Signature Dining Programs, which focus on delivering à la minute cooking and crafting chef-inspired dishes that not only meet high culinary standards but also cater specifically to the tastes and nutritional needs of senior residents. Employees will enjoy a supportive culture that emphasizes growth and professional development, providing opportunities to advance as the community grows and expands. Benefits include a balanced work schedule typically concluding before 9 PM, paid time off, volunteer hours, and comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage for eligible team members. Additional perks include a 30% discount on food and drinks at on-site dining venues and access to onsite medical centers for wellness and sick care visits. Erickson promotes a culture of diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging that aligns with the company’s mission and values, ensuring every team member feels valued and supported.
