Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the culinary field
- Ability to clearly communicate in English with guests, co-workers, and management personnel
- Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean, neat and organized work environment
- Follow recipes to increase or decrease recipe quantities as needed
- Demonstrate good knife skills
- Season food properly
- Follow all established processes accurately
- Read and understand contracts and order tickets
- Communicate efficiently with internal customers including stewarding, banquets, and front of the house
- Fill out requisitions properly
- Follow all rules and regulations in the employee handbook
- Rotate product properly in walk-in cooler
- Clean and maintain equipment properly
- Adhere to state sanitation and health regulations and hotel requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
