The restaurant is strategically located inside the Shops at Rivercenter on the San Antonio River Walk, the second most visited destination in Texas after The Alamo. The Jason Dady Restaurant Group, led by the acclaimed Chef Jason Dady, has been a cornerstone in shaping San Antonio's culinary scene for over twenty years. The group is known for its diverse portfolio of successful concepts including Tre Trattoria, Range, Two Bros BBQ Market, and more. Mexico Ceaty stands out as their most ambitious project, boasting the largest single culinary footprint on the River Walk. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to take ownership and work independently

Job Qualifications

  • Previous kitchen or line cook experience
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow recipes accurately
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented attitude
  • Culinary training or certification preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Prep mise en place before every service fully stocked, fully ready, zero excuses
  • Execute all recipes to spec with right portion, right temperature, right presentation every time
  • Communicate with expo and fellow cooks clearly and calmly during service
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards including FIFO, temperature logs, clean station
  • Break down station completely and clean thoroughly at the end of every shift
  • Flag low inventory before it becomes a problem
  • Cross-train on every station in your section to ensure versatility
  • Support prep cooks and contribute to team prep during slower periods
