Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year of previous restaurant experience as a line cook
  • Ability to adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Capacity to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Strong teamwork abilities
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Store products properly in walk-in cooler, walk-in freezer, and dry storage
  • Keep the line station clean and organized
  • Monitor ticket times and food quality
  • Collaborate effectively with team members
  • Participate in training and development programs
