The Line Cook will be expected to uphold the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and organization while collaborating seamlessly with the back-of-house team to ensure smooth service. This role also includes fulfilling closing duties without hassle, maintaining the kitchen's cleanliness, and stocking food supplies as needed. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a line cook or in a similar role
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- Basic knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Culinary training or related certification preferred

Job Duties
- Ability to effectively cook and present all items on the menu in a timely manner
- Complete assigned prep list, efficiently run your station during the shift, and stock food as needed
