In line with its mission to provide an exceptional member experience, The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch is currently expanding its Food and Beverage Department. This expansion includes the opening of a brand-new kitchen and dining facility, set to launch this spring. The club’s kitchen operates under the leadership of an Executive Chef and offers a scratch kitchen experience, providing a platform for cooks to work with the highest quality luxury ingredients, such as foie gras, Akaushi beef, and caviar. This position reports to the Sous Chef and requires compliance with local health regulations, with responsibilities including maintaining workstations, managing ingredient portions and presentation, and supporting kitchen safety and security practices.

The role also demands physical capability to lift and carry a minimum of 20 pounds regularly.

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous culinary experience in a fine dining or luxury kitchen preferred

  • ability to work collaboratively with a culinary team

Job Duties

  • Maintain and service your assigned station
  • prepare items in accordance with established portions and presentation standards
  • notify Sous Chef of expected shortages
  • ensure all assigned work areas and equipment are clean and in good working order
  • assist the Sous Chef in maintaining security and safety in the kitchen
  • maintain neat and professional appearance and always observe personal hygiene rules
  • adhere to state and local health and safety regulations
  • maintain the highest sanitary standards
  • assist with other duties as assigned by Sous Chef
