The position available is for a Cook, specifically targeting roles such as Sides Cook or Pantry Cook. This role is vital in ensuring that guests receive the highest quality food prepared with skill, care, and attention to detail. The Cook is responsible for preparing, portioning, and cooking food items according to quality specifications, maintaining excellent presentation, and contributing to the overall guest experience through exceptional culinary service. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • basic math skills for measuring ingredients
  • food handler certification or willingness to obtain
  • ability to work in a fast paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is an advantage
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

Job Duties

  • Passionately prepare portion and or cook food items to quality specifications
