The Line Cook role at Charlestown is integral to its innovative Signature Dining Programs, which focus on à la minute cooking and masterfully crafted chef-inspired dishes designed to delight residents and guests alike. This position requires individuals with culinary passion, teamwork spirit, and at least 2-3 years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant kitchen. The Line Cook will prepare meals meticulously, ensuring adherence to safety standards, correct portioning, and exquisite presentation that supports the exceptional dining experience Charlestown provides. Beyond food preparation, the role demands maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen and workstation environment, essential to upholding food safety protocols. The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $19.00 to $21.00 depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage for eligible staff, paid time off, volunteer hours, and a 401k plan with company matching. Notably, the majority of restaurant team members conclude their shifts before 9 PM, supporting a healthy quality of life.   • Minimum of 2-3 years experience working in a restaurant kitchen
