Working across various restaurant brands within the Colorado Springs Airport including Mountain Vista, Red Rocks, Pizza Hut, and Bristol, Line Cooks contribute to an exceptional dining experience for travelers and guests.

Line Cooks must follow detailed food preparation processes, maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards, and manage inventory effectively. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food preparation or similar role preferred
- Open availability from 4a to 11p
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks
- Willingness to follow health and safety guidelines
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a food preparation or line cook role preferred
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and portion control
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Follow all recipes and practice portion control to prepare, garnish, and present ordered items
- Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the kitchen/station on a daily basis
- Requisition and stock all required food, paper products, and condiments
- Handle, store, and rotate all products properly
- Responsible for set-up, regular maintenance, cleaning, and breakdown of machinery and equipment
- Maintain stock, cutting, and storage of all perishables daily to ensure product quality
- Complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists as required
- Take responsibility for quality of products served
- Perform general and specific cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards
- Other duties as assigned
