The Line Cook plays a crucial role in the kitchen team by preparing menu items in accordance with recipes and presentation standards, ensuring every dish served meets the establishment’s expectations. Job Requirements

- at least 1 year of kitchen experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- skilled in various cooking techniques including grilling and frying
- ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- availability to work flexible hours including days nights and weekends

Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen including workstations and storage areas
