Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of experience in a commercial kitchen
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- basic knife skills
- understanding of food safety protocols
