This role for a Line Cook at Outback Steakhouse offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in food preparation and guest experience. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for passionately preparing, portioning, and cooking a variety of food items to strict quality specifications while adhering to safety and sanitation procedures. The Line Cook role is pivotal to ensuring that guests receive an AUSS-SOME experience through high-quality meals prepared with care and precision. You will engage in assessing the freshness and quality of ingredients, properly rotating stock, and ensuring recipe adherence to maintain the Outback Steakhouse standards. In addition to culinary skills, being a team player and communicating effectively with fellow team members is essential to creating a positive work atmosphere.
