Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a food preparation role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must meet health and safety standards
- Ability to lift 40lbs and perform physical tasks
- Ability to demonstrate teamwork and positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- Line cook experience preferred
- TIPS and Serv-Safe certifications preferred
- Ability to be on your feet and active for 6-8 hours or more
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs
- Ability to use commercial cleaning equipment
- A team player who is willing to go above and beyond for guests and peers
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as required
- Ability to model core values - empathy, courage, trust and playfulness
- Must love people, food, movies, and cooking
Job Duties
- Prepare menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Complete both prep and clean-up
- Maintain food quality and sanitation standards
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely fashion
- Ability to work with team in a positive and professional manner
