This approach has set a new standard in boutique hospitality, encouraging genuine interactions and fostering a welcoming spirit that embraces creativity, self-leadership, and personal expression. The culture at Kimpton is distinguished by its lively, irreverent, and empowering atmosphere, which celebrates diversity across backgrounds, talents, and personalities.
