Job Duties

  • Follow established departmental and store policies and procedures
  • Ensure the quality and freshness of all kitchen products and services
  • Clean and sanitize the kitchen daily to company standards
  • Maintain appropriate product assortment and inventory levels
  • Confirm pricing accuracy and signage, focusing on advertised items
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Cook and fry all hot foods for the kitchen
  • Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients per recipes
  • Prepare pizza items according to Harmons recipes
  • Use manual and automated kitchen equipment to prepare food
  • Assemble and package to-go soups, salads, dips, and sandwiches
  • Prepare sauces for wok bar recipes
  • Document food safety temperatures using the food safety log
  • Assist in cleaning dishes and maintaining dish room cleanliness
  • Check food deliveries, receive and properly store products
  • Assist as needed to ensure overall kitchen success
