As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for the preparation, presentation, and execution of all items on the menu. This role demands a candidate who can thrive in a high-pressure setting, maintain poise during busy service hours, and execute prep and closing duties with precision. You will be expected to possess an intimate knowledge of your prep work and demonstrate efficient running of your station throughout your shift. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous kitchen experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities

Job Duties

  • Ability to effectively cook and present all items on the menu in a timely manner
  • Complete assigned prep list
