Job Requirements
- Ability to read, speak, and write in English

- Able to stand and walk for at least 4 consecutive hours
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in conditions that involve heat, cold, fumes, cleaning chemicals, and airborne particles

Job Duties
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during scheduled shifts
- Maintain a calm and positive attitude, especially during peak hours or unexpected challenges
- Stay up to date on all menu items, promotions, and company updates
- Assist in onboarding new kitchen team members with respectful coaching and encouragement
- Communicate any issues affecting team morale or kitchen performance to the General Manager
- Adhere to all operational policies, including those for safety, sanitation, and cash handling
- Keep a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Maintain punctual and reliable attendance
- Prepare food items to order, ensuring quality and consistency
- Follow food safety guidelines and sanitation standards
- Prep ingredients in accordance with company specs and local health regulations
- Maintain high attention to food presentation and cleanliness
- Accommodate guest special requests while preserving quality standards
