The available role is for a Line Cook, a critical position in Bar Louie’s kitchen team focused on delivering culinary excellence in a fast-paced environment. Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year’s experience as a cook in a high-volume kitchen preferred
- must be at least 18 years old
- high school diploma or GED required
- associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- proficiency in POS systems
- current alcohol and food certifications required
- ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
- availability to work within open hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices
- strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- strong communication skills
- ability to withstand physical demands of restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
