Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in the casual restaurant industry preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements preferred
- Strong knowledge of team leadership
- Positive conflict resolution skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Duties
- Complete all assigned prep work
- Set up the cook’s station daily
- Maintain product presentation standards
- Ensure product quality and cook time standards are met
- Prepare all menu items according to Applebee’s recipes and plate presentations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstation
- Collaborate with team members to deliver timely and quality food service
