We are currently seeking a dependable and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This full-time role requires working 5 to 6 days per week, including weekends and holidays, ensuring coverage during peak service hours. The Line Cook is responsible for setting up their work station daily, preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and standards, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of their area. The position demands a strong understanding of basic cooking techniques, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Maintaining food quality, proper portion control, and impeccable presentation are essential for the role, as is adherence to all food safety and hygiene regulations. The successful candidate must be a team player with good communication skills to collaborate effectively with chefs and kitchen staff while contributing to a positive and productive kitchen environment.

Compensation for this position ranges from $190 to $225 per day, with additional benefits including staff meals and meal discounts. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a line cook
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
