This part-time Line Cook position at Twin Creeks offers a competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour plus tips. Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, this role plays a crucial part in the food preparation process. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing meals accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced setting, ensuring every dish meets the high standards Twin Creeks sets for quality and presentation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Key duties include food preparation, inventory management, sanitation, and assisting with the overall flow of kitchen operations to ensure timely service. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience working in a short order kitchen
  • Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings and weekends
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds routinely
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years short order kitchen experience
  • Ability to work during the day, evenings, or weekends as determined by supervisor
  • Required to work flexible schedule based on the needs of the business
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work in a team environment and offer the High Five experience to your teammates
  • Strong work ethic
  • Must have reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Prepare orders accurately in a timely manner and fast-paced environment
  • Organize food prep areas for fast efficient service
  • Prep orders to fit business and quality standards as well as customer needs
  • Receive and store all food and beverage inventory according to the First In, First Out method
  • Responsible for stocking and prep
  • Monitor food quality to ensure it stays within company standards
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary environment within the kitchen, walk-in coolers, etc.
  • Clean equipment, tables, windows and floors within the dining space
  • Monitor stock levels and provide Manager with restock needs on a timely basis
