As a Line Cook, you will play a critical role in the daily operations of the kitchen. You will be accountable for the preparation, presentation, and execution of all menu items. This position demands a strong ability to maintain poise under pressure, especially during busy service hours. You will be expected to know your prep work thoroughly, ensuring that your station is well organized and stocked throughout your shift. Additionally, you will complete all closing duties with precision and without complaint. Collaboration is key in our kitchen, and you will work closely with fellow BOH members to maintain smooth operations and uphold health and safety standards. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a line cook role or similar
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with kitchen safety and sanitation standards
  • Capability to stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of proper food handling and safety regulations
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Previous experience as a line cook or similar role

Job Duties

  • Ability to effectively cook and present all items on the menu in a timely manner
  • Complete assigned prep list, efficiently run your station during the shift, and stock food as needed
  • Exercising good safety, sanitation and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with all members of the BOH staff
