Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

- assist with prep work, including chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients
- follow all safety, sanitation, and health guidelines to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment
- operate kitchen equipment, including woks, steamers, grills, and fryers, safely and efficiently
- communicate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
- handle special requests or modifications as directed by the Culinary Manager or Corporate Chef
- support other team members during high-volume shifts to maintain smooth operations
