The role available is for a full-time line cook who plays a crucial part in the day-to-day culinary operations. This position requires individuals who can plan, prepare, and set up various menu items supplied by the outlet kitchen while maintaining strict adherence to recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards as set by Home Team. The successful candidate will ensure that every station is clean, organized, and stocked appropriately. They must demonstrate proficiency in managing food handling, storage, and rotation to meet safety and sanitation guidelines. Responsibilities include completing both AM and PM backup duties such as setting up and checking steam tables, following the Daily Backup Sheet, heating food to the proper temperatures, and maintaining par levels during service.
Line cooks will also engage in AM and PM prep following lists created by the Executive or Sous Chef using set recipes. This position demands a meticulous approach to food preparation, requiring the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining professionalism, speed, and accuracy. The candidate must be capable of multitasking and prioritizing duties effectively in a high-intensity and sometimes stressful environment. Physical demands include standing throughout entire shifts, frequent reaching, bending, stooping, and carrying up to 40 pounds multiple times during a shift.

Job Duties
- Handle, store and rotate all food on station
- Follow recipes, portion controls and presentation specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized station practicing safety and sanitation
- Set up steam table on Front Line with water levels and pans in place
- Heat up all food to proper temperatures for service
- Follow prep list created by Executive Chef or Sous Chef using set recipes
- Prepare the food items from their station
