- Minimum of 1 year's experience in the casual restaurant industry, preferred
- high school diploma or GED, preferred
- current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements, preferred
- strong knowledge of team leadership
- positive conflict resolution skills
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
