The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 based on experience, and it is available for both full-time and part-time employment. Employees receive comprehensive on-the-job training to ensure they perform their duties confidently and effectively.
In the role, team members are responsible for preparing and cooking food items per company specifications, plating dishes as guided by chefs, and managing kitchen equipment set up, operation, breakdown, and cleaning. The job also involves assisting with essential kitchen maintenance tasks such as dishwashing, floor sweeping and mopping, equipment upkeep, and sanitation of utensils. Candidates for this position should have a strong passion for food, attention to detail in cooking, and an aptitude for learning restaurant menus and recipes. Flexibility in working shifts and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced teamwork environment are crucial for success in this role.

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications
- plates prepared foods based on chef’s guidance
- responsible for the setup, operation, break down, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment
- may need to assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils, etc.
