You will be trained to properly learn and execute Chili’s recipe procedures to maintain the high standards of flavor and quality our guests expect. Ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen is paramount to providing a safe and sanitary work environment. You will also follow all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures to maintain a healthy workplace.

In this role, you will work closely with your fellow team members to communicate ticket times clearly to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders. Continuous flow and coordination are critical for meeting guest expectations, and your role will be vital in making sure that all food orders move seamlessly from the kitchen to the dining area.
