Job Duties
- Set up cook stations
- Prepare food items by following Gold Standard recipes, portion and presentation specifications
- Restock, clean and maintain cook station items throughout the shift
- Clean, sanitize, and organize the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas
- Craft delicious food that connects guests to the signature brewhouse experience
- Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards throughout the shift
