Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Maintain a guest focus and a positive attitude
- communicate effectively and clearly
- assume 100 percent responsibility for quality of products served
- exert well-paced mobility throughout scheduled shift
- comply with company policies, procedures, equipment use and food preparation
- stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products to assure efficient service
- maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
- handle, store, label, date and rotate all products properly and consistently
- comply with all company guidelines regarding food safety and personal safety
- complete required tasks within assigned time frames
- assist in food prep, maintenance, cleanliness and/or other kitchen duties as assigned
- follow procedures for opening, closing and ongoing cleanliness
- able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently
- able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
