Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • reliable transportation to work

Job Duties

  • Maintain a guest focus and a positive attitude
  • communicate effectively and clearly
  • assume 100 percent responsibility for quality of products served
  • exert well-paced mobility throughout scheduled shift
  • comply with company policies, procedures, equipment use and food preparation
  • stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products to assure efficient service
  • maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
  • handle, store, label, date and rotate all products properly and consistently
  • comply with all company guidelines regarding food safety and personal safety
  • complete required tasks within assigned time frames
  • assist in food prep, maintenance, cleanliness and/or other kitchen duties as assigned
  • follow procedures for opening, closing and ongoing cleanliness
  • able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently
  • able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
