Job Duties

  • accurately and efficiently cook hot food products
  • prepare and portion food products prior to cooking
  • plate and garnish cooked items according to presentation standards
  • understand menu items and execute dishes properly
  • report to work on time and ready for scheduled shifts
  • maintain a clean and organized workstation before, during, and after service
  • assist sous chefs in ordering and prep lists
  • identify product quality and freshness
  • receive and apply constructive criticism
  • perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
