Job Duties
- Set up cook stations
- Prepare food items by following Gold Standard recipes, portion and presentation specifications
- Restock, clean and maintain cook station items throughout the shift
- Clean, sanitize, and organize the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas
- Craft delicious food that connects Guests to the signature brewhouse experience
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment
- Maintain safe knife handling and kitchen safety standards
