Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment is ideal but not mandatory

Job Duties
- Maintain a guest focus and a positive attitude
- Communicate effectively and clearly
- Assume 100% responsibility for quality of products served
- Exert well-paced mobility throughout scheduled shift
- Comply with company policies, procedures, equipment use and food preparation
- Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products to assure efficient service
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
- Handle, store, label, date and rotate all products properly and consistently
- Comply with all company guidelines regarding food safety and personal safety
- Complete required tasks within assigned time frames
- Assist in food prep, maintenance, cleanliness and/or other kitchen duties as assigned
- Follow procedures for opening, closing and ongoing cleanliness
- Able to reach, bend, stoop frequently
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods
