Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment is ideal but not mandatory

Job Duties

  • Maintain a guest focus and a positive attitude
  • Communicate effectively and clearly
  • Assume 100% responsibility for quality of products served
  • Exert well-paced mobility throughout scheduled shift
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, equipment use and food preparation
  • Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products to assure efficient service
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
  • Handle, store, label, date and rotate all products properly and consistently
  • Comply with all company guidelines regarding food safety and personal safety
  • Complete required tasks within assigned time frames
  • Assist in food prep, maintenance, cleanliness and/or other kitchen duties as assigned
  • Follow procedures for opening, closing and ongoing cleanliness
  • Able to reach, bend, stoop frequently
  • Able to work in a standing position for long periods
