Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of full-service restaurant kitchen cook experience
- Current State Food Handler's Management Certification
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Internal candidates must be in good standing without performance issues for at least 1 year
- Willingness to work full-time or part-time
- Flexibility to work varied shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience working in a full-service restaurant kitchen
- Excellent knife skills
- Strong cooking and ingredient preparation skills
- Passion for fresh and high-quality ingredients
- Ability to work well in a team
- State Food Handler's Management Certification
- Associate's degree in Culinary, Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Follow recipes and complete dishes to company standards with high quality and craftsmanship
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area
- Prepare ingredients with excellent knife skills
- Adhere strictly to recipe standards
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members
- Ensure consistency and quality in every plate served
