Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods
Team player with a positive attitude
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
No prior cooking experience required
Legal authorization to work

Job Duties

Prepare made-from-scratch food according to restaurant recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and equipment
Manage and run assigned kitchen station efficiently during shifts
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food service
Follow food safety and hygiene protocols
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
Support training of new kitchen staff
