Job Duties
- Prepare and cook all menu items to exact specifications
- Maintain exceptional food quality standards from first order to last order of the day
- Work efficiently across all kitchen stations with cross-training provided
- Follow strict food safety and sanitation protocols
- Package orders with attention to detail
- Support team during peak service periods and busy rushes
- Maintain clean and organized work areas at all times
- Take personal pride in every dish that leaves the trailer
- Coordinate seamlessly with team members during high-volume periods
- Double check every order before it goes out to ensure completeness and accuracy
