Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year experience working as a cook in a high-volume kitchen
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR certification
  • Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to stay on feet for long periods
  • Availability to work holidays and weekends
  • No late night availability

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh and seasonal meals according to high-quality standards
  • Ensure proper food preparation and presentation consistent with the Gold Standard
  • Educate residents and team members about healthy food options
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen area
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
