Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Available to work part-time hours
- Ability to lift and carry kitchen supplies and equipment
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Flexible schedule to accommodate restaurant hours
- Willingness to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under pressure
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of kitchen sanitation and food safety principles
- Previous cooking or food preparation experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to adhere to company standards and procedures
Job Duties
- Prepare made-from-scratch food according to company recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and workstations
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely food production
- Follow safety and food handling procedures
- Manage and run a busy kitchen station efficiently
- Assist with inventory and stock management as needed
- Participate in training sessions and skill development activities
