Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior cooking experience in a relevant setting
- ability to work the specified hours including weekends
- successful completion of background screening prior to employment
- physical ability to perform kitchen duties
- knowledge of kitchen health and safety standards
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- prepare food for service such as chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces
- cook menu items in cooperation with other kitchen staff
- ensure food quality and presentation meet standards
- coordinate timing of dish preparation for simultaneous serving
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workspace
- follow all health and safety regulations
- assist with inventory and stock management
