Job Requirements

  • Commitment to Touchmark's values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year as a Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Excellent attendance history
  • Be able to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds and stay on your feet for long periods of time
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with residents, family members, visitors, and team members

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Commitment to excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Assist in educating residents and team members about healthy food options
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operation during service
  • Ensure all meals are presented beautifully and meet the Gold Standard of Touchmark
  • Comply with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Manage inventory and report shortages to the kitchen supervisor
