Job Requirements
- Commitment to Touchmark's values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year as a Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent attendance history
- Be able to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds and stay on your feet for long periods of time
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with residents, family members, visitors, and team members
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
- Positive and professional attitude

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Assist in educating residents and team members about healthy food options
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operation during service
- Ensure all meals are presented beautifully and meet the Gold Standard of Touchmark
- Comply with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Manage inventory and report shortages to the kitchen supervisor
