Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years industry experience
- Must have necessary State Food Handler's License(s)
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos
- Proven proficiency with specialized kitchen equipment
- Strong knife skills
- Ability to handle customer needs timely
- Knowledge of proper butchering
- Capability to work with all mother and minor sauces
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years industry experience
- Ability to cook proteins to pre-determined temperatures
- Possession of necessary State Food Handler's License(s)
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
- Effective communication skills for one-on-one and small group situations
- Working knowledge of all mother and minor sauces
- Working knowledge of proper butchering techniques
- Knowledge and mastery of specialized kitchen equipment including slicer, Robo-coup, Hobart, convection ovens
- Proficient knife skills
- Ability to adjust preparations for flavor and customer needs
Job Duties
- Prepare new menu items and meet daily preparation requirements
- Provide guidance to line cooks
- Conduct inventories
- Ensure sanitary and well-maintained food preparation areas
- Handle food safely following safety regulations
- Perform kitchen opening and closing procedures
- Accommodate customer needs in a timely manner
