Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen or similar food service environment preferred
  • Ability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 100 lbs
  • Compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Maintain a good image of the company and help create a positive dining experience through teamwork and service
  • Ensure the company serves a quality menu
  • Respond to all guest complaints timely and take appropriate actions to ensure a positive experience
  • Execute the highest standards of OSHA, HACCP, local health and safety codes, and company policies
  • Ensure all sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and kitchen and dining area maintenance
  • Collaborate with front of house staff and management to meet sales and food cost targets
  • Adapt to changing priorities and perform duties in high pressure situations
