Job Duties
- Follow Burger Lounge's vision, mission and core values
- Communicate well with others using friendly, respectful and professional language
- Work well with all employees and respect differences
- Open to feedback, learn from mistakes and take accountability
- Prepare food according to guest requests, restrictions and modifications
- Ensure onion rings, french fries and salads are prepared correctly and timely
- Follow hand-washing and safety procedures using proper tools and safety equipment
- Load and run dish washing machine regularly and maintain kitchen equipment cleanliness
- Clean and sanitize work surfaces, utensils and work areas
- Complete daily prep lists and label products accurately
- Prepare all sauces and proteins according to Burger Lounge standards
- Maintain inventory for salad and fry stations
- Read tickets and time fryer item preparation with plating
- Assist in food receiving, verification and proper storage
- Conduct back-of-house opening and closing tasks as required
- Perform other tasks as assigned
