Job Requirements
- Commitment to Touchmark's values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stay on feet for long periods
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with residents, family members, visitors, and team members
- Willingness to undergo drug and background screenings
- Ability to work flexible shifts between 5:30 AM and 8:00 PM
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food preparation or cooking preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts between early morning and evening hours
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Commitment to hospitality and service excellence
Job Duties
- Prepare food items following recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Assist with food inventory and storage
- Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
- Support team members to achieve efficient service
- Educate residents on healthy food options
- Present meals attractively according to the Gold Standard
