Job Qualifications
- Minimum four years of experience as a line cook in a restaurant
- knowledge of cooking methods and knife skills
- ability to read and follow cooking instructions accurately

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients and cook according to recipes
- ensure timely preparation of ingredients at the workstation to meet production schedules
- organize and clean the workstation following restaurant protocols
- maintain cleanliness of workstation including kitchen equipment
- comply with health, hygiene, and safety standards
- guarantee ingredient freshness and quality
- perform additional cleaning tasks assigned by supervisor, sous-chef, or executive chef
- clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
- set up workstation with needed ingredients and equipment
- cook and prepare food according to Sicilian Butcher recipes
- measure, weigh, mix, chop, trim, and peel ingredients
- safely use various utensils including knives
- operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers
- arrange, garnish, and portion food according to guidelines
- store food properly following safety policies
- maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude
- adhere to Sicilian Butcher safety policies
- perform other duties as assigned
